1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

2. Membership Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering an account, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identification card, a valid MyKad number, an active mobile phone number and a reachable email address. winbox9 reserves the right to verify the validity of this information at any time.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and the balances within them may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

winbox9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before approving withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The winbox9 platform accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value based on the current exchange rate.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for each transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this minimum limit will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance.

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawal funds are usually sent within 1 hour. This period may vary depending on the internal verification process required. winbox9 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party e-wallet providers.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

All deposits must come from a financial account registered in the same name as the member. Deposits from third parties are not permitted. winbox9 reserves the right to reject and return any funds suspected of coming from an unauthorised source.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

winbox9 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is given, bringing the balance to RM2,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. This wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings arising from the bonus can be transferred to the real money balance or withdrawn. 5.3 VIP Programme

The winbox9 VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Progression through the VIP tiers depends on consistent playing activity and member loyalty to the platform.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

winbox9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no direct redeemable cash value. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the winbox9 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery, are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or through licensed third-party live dealer studios. The outcome of each game is final.

In the event of any technical disruption during an active game session, winbox9 will endeavour to resolve any disputes based on stored server records. Bets placed before the disruption occurred will be determined based on data saved in our system.

Sports bets are subject to additional rules specific to the relevant sport. Odds may change until a bet is confirmed by the system. Any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at winbox9's discretion.

7. Accepted User Behaviour

You agree not to use the winbox9 platform for any activity that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Involves the use of bots, automated software or other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Is intended to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Disrupts the operation of the platform, servers or related networks.
• Impersonates any other individual or entity, including winbox9 staff.
• Shares your account information with any other party for any purpose.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and further investigation. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be fully forfeited.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

8.2 Termination by winbox9

winbox9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of terms, or instructions from a competent authority.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to voluntarily self-exclude from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may contact our customer support. During the self-exclusion period, access to your account will be fully blocked.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, winbox9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Game or bet outcomes that are not in your favour.
• Service disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.
• Your own negligence in maintaining the security of your login information.
• Any actions by third parties including game software providers or payment providers.
• Losses that are indirect, consequential or special in nature.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the official dispute resolution channels established by our supervisory body.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
